We offer New World Primate Rescue and full Sanctuary Services as well as Education and Rehabilitation of pet and wild Primates,Were located in Syracuse indiana 46567.

Thru Delta Pet connection we can help from all various parts of the Country.

We offer an astounding enrishment program as well as a spacious housing and adequate nutritional diet.We properly socialize the Primate back as close to its own environment and culture as possible. If a Pet quality monkey comes to us,We find compatibility at a gradual comfortable pace.

We accept any and all Small species Primates,Lemurs,Bushbabies.We rescue from all different situations and from people and organizations from all walks of life for any reason. We ask no questions except to sign a surrender form and fill out a short questionaire pertaining to information that will enable us to quicker establish a workable relationship with this special friend. We do require a Current Health Certificate on file with a licensed Veterinarian if at all possible. If not  We will work with he situation at hand.

We are 501c3 non profit and USDA Certified. All funding from Contributions & Donatable Items help keep us moving in the right direction to defend and provide these wonderful animals a secure and happy long lived life.Please Donate.

We work with local,state,federal authorities,exotic rehabilitaters,research facilities to provide a permanent place to call home for small new or old world small species primates.We offer Excellent clean housing,Care,Enrichment programs,Foraging diets,Rehabilitation and top notch veterinarian care.

We educate,study,document and research all primate species.

We take in surrendered primates,old,young,retired,Unwanted,experimental,educational ,Research Primates for any reason.

We understand that situations change and recognize the needs of the general public and their companions.

Our final mission is to see every primate we can in a safe,enriched and properly cared for place for life.Our goal is to educate the general public on exotic pet ownership.To avoid Sanctuary situations,Picking the Proper Domestic Pet to Adopt.Research and develop new ways to keep primates out of harms way.Fight illegal pet trade thruout the world,Fight to save natural habitat and food sources available to wild animals.Fight animal abuse and neglect.We realize one Sanctuary cannot save every monkey as much as we would like to try as most are full to capacity.If at any time we become full and cannot intake a primate.We will do everything in our power to see that we referr you to a quality Sanctuary Service. We will work nationwide with other knowledgable,qualitySanctuaries. We will  see that we can place all the primates we can handle in a safe haven with lots of proper care and handling.The number of primates reliquished daily is overwhelming in numbers.And only a handful of Quality Sanctuaries to Serve 48 states.

When you relinquish a primate to Us Primate Rescue & Sanctuary,You be ask to do a series of things.

First off wed like to speak to you in person or via phone to get to know your situation with the primate.

Fill out necessary relinquish forms.including Prior Primate History and health Forms,

Upon completion of these forms if you decide to move forward

Wed arrange Primate to be brought to our facility.Or We would arange shipment of primate thru Delta Pet Connection.

Animal Then would go into a spacious quarantine holding area until veterinary health checks completed, Unless current records forwarded and reviewed by our primate vet prior to coming in.We do this for the health of the rest of our monkey friends in house.

We would  start with socializing the primate with other monkeys of its same specie.Until we find an acceptable group or partner.male or female

We stress the socialization tactics of the smaller primates due to its a "Touch & Go" situation with some of these smaller species to find proper compatibility.

We start our enrichment program from day one including social,physical,mental enrichent of the primate.We feed a quality healthy diet.including foraging toys etc.

We provide lots of extra uncrowded space as a monkey needs to be active, remain healthy and happy in its invironment.

We try everything in our power to allow a monkey to be a monkey.And to create as natural of an environment as we can accomplish for them.

We are a full Rescue & Sanctuary Service.We do not wish to see any Primate as a pet.and do not Buy,Sell, Or Adopt our Relinquished Primates so please dont waste our time by inquiring about bartering from US Primate Rescue & Sanctuary.
